OUR STORY

The idea of a Mexican/Sushi mashup isn’t original to us, but the need for easy to eat, transportable food grew from the overwhelming success of our neighbors at the brewery.  Our goal is to make eating sushi more fun & approachable for everyone!

Mixing up sushi, which is our specialty, with burritos & tacos makes our food the perfect pairing with the delicious local beers available next door.  A beer in one hand and a burrito in the other sounds good to us.  What do you think?

A MUST TRY! I decided to have a lunch date to myself a while back and ventured here. I love sushi and I love burritos, so it was a win win for me. I ordered the Cowboy and a side of Kimchi. There was nothing, and I mean nothing wrong with the service, food, time, wait, price, parking, etc (you get the point) at all. I didn't get to explore the patio area because my lunch got cut short but looking forward to see it next time.

Wasabi Juan's is one of my favorite places in Avondale. First you order at the counter and then find a table either in the small dining room or outside on the patio - the better choice. The 420 Nachos are incredible and a must have! The sushi burritos are unique and pretty tasty. My favorite is the LHM.
